Oz is short for Australia, nowhere near Kansas (if that's what you mean).
If you've travelld all the way to Oz to meet Dorothy and gangs, you might be well disappointed......

If "oz" - you mean AUSTRALIA, then it is a country NOT a city in a state.IF you are asking "where is Australia" then you REALLY need to learn a bit more geography and look at a world map.
There is a whole world out there than just the USA, you know
