would you still have to excersize so hard to keep the weight that you have reached

the more weight you lose ...the lower your steady state become...

...as long as you match your food intake with your steady state you will not gain.

well u should eat a variety of different foods don't eat the same thing every single day. eat foods like vegetables, fruits, cereals, rice, breads, nuts, fish, skinless chicken, etc. if ur gonna have snacks eat healthy snacks and only once or twice a day the most. exercise regularly every day, at least 30 mins a day but if u can exercise more than that that'll b good too, and try not to eat too much fats, sugars and salts.

Well, after you lose the excess weight, you should still exercise. Like 30 minutes a day is what is recommended. You only have to work out more to burn excessive weight.

yes you will need to keep exercising but not as often .3x a week should be enough. Exercise and diet combined will get you the results you want.
