Acid rain is often miss diagnosed. U see the trees next to the free way that look deceased ?? most think it is acid rain it is not . It is NO2 which is from car exhaust as it is a fertilizer . When plants get too much fertilizer and not enough rain. If u walk through the trees in a light rain the NO2 looks like soap suds coming off the trees. It is similar to ammonia. It shouldn't be so bad as it is also made in nature every time it lightens it produces about 300 lb. of NO2.

clean up( smokestacks) and exhuast pipes,in english chimneys for smokestacks

use converters in every vehicle silencer and factory chimneys.(not very easy but ...........)
