In response to one truly outrageous answer..
'arewethereyet',where in any text written by anyone from a mere mortal,to god himself, does it say homosexuality is an abomination? I think you're an intelligent, spiteful, cruel bigot. The only justification for the existence of people like you is to make the rest of us look good. I'm actually considering the possibility your answer was a joke. The contempt you display in it is definitely not humourous though. I know I'm being typical by being resentful towards an opinion I simply disagree with, but you're illogical.

It's all sin - neither is worse than the other. They are both sexual sin and disrespect the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Both are sin. Though, homosexuality is futher described as an abomination. Yes, an abomination is worse if we are relying on the Bible as defining our understanding of sin.
Leviticus 18:22 'You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; such a thing is an abomination.'
29 'Everyone who does any of these abominations shall be cut off from among his (the Lord's) people.'
Therefore, an abomination is an auto-excommunication. While sin has the chance to be reconciled.

I'm not religious and I don't have anything against Homosexual relations or Pre-Marital relations.
To all the nutjobs out there who say it's a sin to be Homosexual are wrong. Even I know that it's not a sin to be gay cause it does not say anywhere in the Bible Homosexuality is a sin. And on to Pre-Marital relations, whats wrong with having intercourse with someone even though you aren't married? The law doesn't say anywhere that you have to be married to have sex. And I think that no one has to be forced into marriage. So I don't think any are bad and I have Gay friends.

It would depend on what it is that was behind the action.
The real question is;
Does the action take the person away from their faith ( or trust) in God?
I would define that as a 'besetting sin.' One that removes the person from trusting God. It's a condition that varies from person to person.
But as far as one sin being worse than another, typically no. They are evidences of us needing a savior. The condition of being a sinner is what needs to be dealt with. But people tend to focus on this sin, and that sin, when it's the disease itself-- the sin nature that is the culprit that separates us from God in the first place.

As I recall from reading the bible I do remember God going out of his way to specifically target and destroy a place called Sodom because either the majority or almost all of its citizens were homosexuals the New Testament refers to that as a example for all Jude verse 7

No. Unless homosexuals who are supposedly monogamous are having "relations" with people outside of their partners (unless it's an open relationship agreed to by both partners), there isn't any difference. And if pre-maritals are in the same situation, i.e., they are supposed to be monagamous but are cheating on their partners, they're just as guilty as homosexuals who are doing the same thing. Needless to say, I see nothing wrong with either group having sex if they aren't in a relationship in which they've promised to be true to the other (as long as they're practicing safe sex!).

All sexual acts outside the bonds of matrimony are sins against chastity.
Homosexual acts have the added issue of being disorders, as they are contrary to healthy psychological and spiritual wellbeing. Engaging in these acts are always sins against chastity, but they also offend the human dignity of those involved and exacerbate psychological and spiritual problems.
That said, people who are only tempted towards homosexuality (without acting upon these temptations) are not sinning or bad because of the temptations. We are all tempted in one way or another, all the time. It is the state of the human condition. Seeking God's help to overcome our temptations, whatever they may be, is the path to wholeness and growth as a person. When we fight against temptations, we grow in holiness and those who fight greater tempations have the opportunity for achieving a greater level of holiness. In that sense, with God's help and grace, it may even be a sort of gift.
Avoiding occassions of sin is the best bet for all people who are tempted with sins against purity and chastity. That means avoiding certain television shows, movies, and of course pornography. We live in an especially challenging age today, in that sex literally permeates the entire western culture. Seeking God in prayer and through reading good spiritual books will help as well as taking care to guard what one sees and reads and thinks. Lustful thoughts may come to us, but we can either reject them outright or permit ourselves to dwell on them. The sin only comes when we dwell on the thoughts. All sin starts in the mind.

According to the law homosexuals are to be put to death. Premarital sex is different. When a couple has sex as far as God is concerned they are married. Read the story in the Bible about Jacob and Rachel/Leah. A marriage ceremony was meant to celebrate before the consumation. Marriage is a symbolic picture of Christ and the Church.

Oh no in Christianity all sin is equal. Lying to your Mother is the same as MURDER.
What a stupid religion it is that has the same punishment for all crimes.
lying - Burn in Hell
Murder 50 thousand women - Burn in Hell
atheism - Burn in Hell
Stealing - Burn in Hell
Rape - Burn in Hell
Being born and never having heard of Jesus - BURN in Hell.
How stupid is that?
Only primitive nonsense could think of something so unjust.
What if the government did such a thing?
People would be very upset, but since it's supposedly "God" he simply gets a pass and can be as unjust and cruel as he likes but then Christians will be so stupid to turn right around and say how "Loving" he is.
STUPID STUPID STUPID
WAKE UP People! You've been had!

No. I don't assign moral judgements categorically on other people without knowing details of the individuals.
However, if someone subscibes to a strict Christian morality, they should consider adult homosexual relations to be morally superior to heterosexual adult premarital sex. After all, the heteros have the choice of getting married before having sex but reject it. In contrast, homosexuals are legally forbidden from getting married and thus can only have non-marital sexual relations.
