OK, this might just be in my mind, but for the past month or so i have found myself play cat and mouse with a guy in my office, the thing is we have never talked, Since i started here, nearly 8 months ago he caught my eye straight away but i'm the kind of girl who is very and i mean Very shy when it come to flirting, so i did not do a thing, then at christmas party we kind of talked we said "hi and Bye" that was it, but these day its seems like we both are doing things to see each other like, walking past each others desk, ring each others pone "by mistake" Wink wink" or walking down the stair together but each time it is just me and him we don't say a word to each other why???? He's is everything i look for in a man, and yet i find it so hard to stop thinking about him or to even talk to him,
I have tryed to break the ice twice but still no joy, I just about to give up, What should i do next.
Please help i'm going out of my mind.

I know office romance are not a good thing but my job takes up alot of my time so i guess its the only place were i can find someone.

Ask him out for a drink or coffee or something and see if you are more comfortable with each other in a social setting, then take it from there.

Question: How do you know that he is everything you look for in a man when you have not even talk to him? You might be working with him for 8 mths now, but until you talk to him, you DON'T know him. From your story, my guess is that he is very good looking. That does not mean that he is "everything". And the fact that he has not tried to break the ice after 8 mths, well...what do you think? I am sorry. He's just not in to you.

If you have never spoken you can't know that he is everything you look for in a man, you fancy him but I guess it sounds like you haven't gotten to know him.
Take the plunge else you will regret it. Nothing embarassing about fancying someone. Tell him you wanna go for coffee, nothing full on but make a move don't back off after you have spent 8 months thinking about him.

Geez.
Let him go. Office place romances never work out and have so many repercussions when y'all break up -- they are rarely worth the risk involved.
Find the perfect man OUTSIDE of the work place. That way, when you can't stand his behind -- and there will be those moments -- you don't have to see him for another 8 hours.

Seeing that you two work together, why dont you ask him to help you with a task or email him..dont come on too strong...

I would send him a jokie e-mail saying ; Are you ever going to talk to me then?'
If that fails you have to pick up the courage and talk to him.
