watch what you eat, and exercise,,,,,,, try to cut down on fried foods, sweets, foods with high sodium,,,, but do make sure and eat 3 or 4 small meals a day,,,,,,,, exercise everyday,,,,,, jog in place or dance around , i exercise during tv commercials, a few minutes at a time, or take 10 mins here and there, rather then doing it all at one time,,,,,
core exercises, target your stomach,,,,,, if that is a problem area,,,,, the ones i do are
stand with feet about a foot apart, then first, lift left hip then right,,,do about 20 times, then second, tilt pelvis forward, then stick bum out in back,,,,,,,again do 20 times, finally the third one is to rotate you hips, , hitting the four points you did in the first two,, repeat 20 times, then reverse the direction of the rotation,,,,,,, these do really work all your stomach muscles, you can add in hand movements after you get comfortable with the basic hip movements,,,
