Depends on how you want to prepare it. Do you just want to kill it, or is it a sacrificial animal? Then most religions would say 'don't'.
If, however, it's stuffed with apple and breadcrumbs, with sage, garlic and a little tomato paste, and accompanied by baked potato, sweet potato and some greens, and stuff, I don't think you'd have any religion other than Buddhists objecting at all! Even they might have a go at the veges.

PROBABLY. GIVEN THE BOUNDLESS HUMAN IMAGINATION AND ABILITY FOR THE BIZARRE WHY NOT. I DO NOT KNOW FOR PIGEONS BUT WE ALL KNOW ABOUT THE SACRED COW. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THERE IS A SECT SOMEWHERE IN INDIA OR PAKISTAN THAT REVERES RATS. THEY EAT FROM THE SAME PLATES THEY DRINK THE SAME WATER. THEN THERE'S AHAVAISM WHOSE OBJECT OF DEVOTION IS THE COCKROACH. CATS ARE ALSO ANOTHER FAVORITE.
NOW WE HAVE A NEW BREED ON THE BLOCK. THEY ARE NOT A RELIGION BUT DO MAKE A LOT OF FUSS ABOUT AN ENDLESS LIST OF ENDANGERED SPECIES
