Any rings = Have a boyfriend.
Any ring featuring diamond = engaged.
Ring on ring finger = Married.

Probably. It's one of the things I look for when I'm interested in a woman. Uh oh! Ring on her finger... probably married move on.

Some guys might see a ring on your wedding finger and assume that you are engaged, married or involved for sure.

I wouldn't think so. I guess it depends on your environment. I know in Korea boyfriends and girlfriends give each other "couple rings" which are matching ring sets even though they aren't necessarily deeply involved. So maybe.
