It is very troubling. I am a Christian, and I have found so much truth in this. I'm not going to tell you to become a Christian, because although I believe it is the true religion, I don't believe in pushing my beliefs on others - unless you want to learn about it, then you can message me, and I'll answer any questions you have. While I'd suggest Christianity because I believe in it: find what you believe and do your best to live a good life. No matter what the true religion is, I can't imagine the God of all things saying... you lived a good life and did as much good as you could but.. you're not my chosen people, to hell with you.
Perhaps, I've strayed from the question: People find these experiences in different ways. Christians, Jews, and Muslims believe in the same God, but have different views about him - so I can completely understand how people of different religions could have a religious experience.

I do not believe there is any one 'correct' religion at all. Each of us must choose what is correct for ourselves. I may look good in black eyeliner, but it doesn't mean someone else will look good in it.
Unfortunately, wars have been fought and people have been murdered over religion. Some people actually do believe theirs is the only 'right' religion and are willing to kill nonbelievers if they can't convert them. The forced Christianization of Scandinavian countries is a good example of that kind of extremism. And the extremists of various faiths have this attitude even today. If everyone would simply accept that the religion that is right for them isn't necessarily right for everyone else, the world would be a better place. It would a tad more peaceful, anyways.

I don't believe there is one correct religion, I do believe that there is only one God though, but we all perceive him differently. I am by no means religious, I was christened within the Church of England but I have catholics in my family too.
I do not believe that a person must go to church every week in order to praise God, a person shows their faith just by being a good person and doing good things.
I live in Greece now and my husband is Greek orthodox, Easter is this week and the arguments are starting. The Greek orthodox Church believes that the Holy Light in a cave in Jerusalem only lights for a Greek Orthodox Priest. God does not single out religions, but because of this Greek orthodox think their religion is the only correct one and the best, that is surely not a christian attitude. I go to church with my husband, although I resent it as there are so many hypocrites there. many people fast all Easter week, but so many turn up drunk at church on Saturday evening before Easter Sunday, the most holy day of the Greek Orthodox calender. more people are outside the church smoking than inside listening to the service, this is not what I call true christian practise. I do not mean to offend any Greek Orthodox people, I know many of you are true to your religion and I respect that.
I am agnostic, even though I was christened as Church of England, I do not follow any particular religion. I am just a good person and I try to do good to to others, I belive that's what God wanted us to do.

It depends on who you ask:
Muslims will say yes as all other religions are meant to be schisms from the original Islam since Adam and Eve. And the Pre-requisite of being a Muslim today is believing Muhammad was a prophet.
Christians will say yes because Jesus is viwed as a saviour and a fullfillment of the true Divine law. They believe to be saved you need accept Jesus.
Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs believe that there are many paths to salvation.
Jews believe that only Noahide (Monotheistic religions with certain rules) religions are right.

I dont believe that there is only one correct faith. You take that which is good and apply it to your life from everything you are made aware of. There are so many religions because over the years man has changed the rules of faith to fit their situation and satisy their needs. Those that follow natural law are the ones that are most true. If there is a God and it created the universe it is no wonder there is a hell. Humans have disrespected everything it has created and placed themselves in a god-like position above all other creatures and creation.

There is no "one correct religion" for everyone, but everyone can find a belief that is correct for them (even if that belief is to not believe). Faith means believing in something that cannot be proven and because we are all individuals we all believe just a little different than the next. I choose to believe as I chose, not as others would "preach" to me.

religion isn't there for the Truth, it's just something for the weak and the lost to cling to, people who can't find a reason or a way in life turn to a religion because they haven't got the strength to to get along by themselves, it gives them a false hope that one day there will be a paradise, that those who suffer and have less will get it all in the end, so they just lay down and let the world trample on their back in the thought that someone will stop in the end and pull them up, but the sad Truth is that unless we are that lucky as to meet a person who'd do just that, we have to get up ourselves.

There is not correct religion, but there are 1 with the wrong full of complex attitude...The one that says be "supeiror", and monopolize the "language" of God. The one who doesn´t want to be analized, the one who kills everyday and threat the future of London with a radioctive bomb

Yes! You must worship the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster.
(Bless his noodly appendages)
As for Jehovah, I heard that she is a black disabled lesbian and that Allah works in the Yates Wine Lodge along the Goldhawk Road cleaning ashtrays.
