Music to my ears ,I like it a lot and I hope the arrests continue.

Detentions appear to have escalated in the past year, she said. Previously, drivers might have been detained, but now, she said many of her clients who were detained were passengers in the car. Now she advises her clients not to drive, or even ride in a car unless it's an emergency.

"I just tell them to take the bus or ride your bike," she said, "because if you're driving and you get pulled over, you are going to Mexico tonight."

Tucson police officers will call the Border Patrol if they suspect someone they come into contact with is in the country illegally, said Sgt. Mark Robinson, of the Tucson Police Department.

Immigration attorney Gloria Goldman said there seems to be an escalation in detention of people in the Tucson area and the environment has led to increased fear among many illegal immigrants.

"People are in a panic so they're coming to see me," said Goldman, who has seen an uptick in the number of people seeking her services.

Unfortunately, she said, many have no recourse under current immigration law and there is little she can do to help them.

I love my state of Arizona ..

If a person is doing something illegal while driving (like being in the country without official permission), and an officer of the law gets behind them, that person is very likely to get highly nervous. When a person is nervous while driving, they are more likely to make a traffic mistake and get pulled over, at which time they can be arrested for being in the country illegally.

In a way it does because they have to re-test for their licence when they come to Britain, so many of them don't have any licences or legals that in itself has become a huge problem. They don't understand the language and are therefore unaware of the consequences of their actions if they have an accident. They need interpreters when in court .

Immigration attorneys are there to help any type of immigrants, so their job is to protect their clients I don't see any problem with that, they are just looking after their clients.

If they don't have a valid license and insurance, ANY attorney should be advising them not to drive.
