I am trying to cut/erase/delete somethings out of a photo but I do not know what to use.

Both of the above answers are good, Photo Shop is excellent but is expensive, For Free with most of the same ability. try

There are a lot out there just find a photo editing software and use the crop function.

Adobe Photoshop (but it's quite a large program to download)
Goto download.com and search for "image edit" in the programs search bar, it will give you a list of programs with brief descriptions, along with their size.

u can use paint on the start menu in windows or photo shop put it was difficult or you can use collage maker
