Hi,
The best rule as per medical science is drink water before start eating any thing.
Yes it is true that drinking cold water after eating is bad for the digestion. If you want to drink than use hot water or tea/ coffee.

Drinking water immediately after eating itself is bad and drinking cold water chills the stomach and reduces the secretion of gastric juices and digestive enzymes, thus slowing down the digestion. So, minimise your water intake before, during and after meals.

water after eating is good for digestion and temp doesn't matter. It is good for you. dont worry. I helps your food go through easier. Enjoy that tall cool glass of water, or if it makes you feel better a nice cup of warm water with herbal tea.

what i know is you mustn't drink water straight after your meal you can drink water 30min before you eat and 30min after you eat
