Don't know if you mean as a general health thing or as a pick me up, fruit and veg and fresh fish and meat, brown rice abd pasta will make you better in the long run. I love flapjack as a pick me up in the day.

Chocolate releases endorphins in to the brain which is the happy hormone, and tastes great too! Also it's good for your heart (dark chocolate anyway). also friut and vegetables make you feel good because you know they are healthy and full of vitamins and minerals. cereals and nuts are good for digestion if you feel bloated.

Till recently I would have said sugar and sweets, but recently I gave up that and am feeling OK. In general I am finding that fruits are best for me.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a food but water will do that. Especially if you are not used to drinking enough.

i think fruits is the best.. everyday in morning, eat a piece of apple.. u will feel refresh.. fruit is good for health.. keep our skin look good.. and may make one smarter..
