If you are the one doing the *teaching* you should know this yourself without asking. The Word of God explains itself if you read it with understanding. There is nothing confusing about the Bible. I hope your feelings are not hurt and you will try to read more in depth.

Get a "Life Application Bible". It has full explanations on the page with the text. It also has time line and personality profiles. It makes things very clear and comes in most popular version. I've been using one for the last ten years or so and even used it through Seminary.

Try logic. Preachers constantly aim confusing bible verses at teenagers, like the tobacco industry, they have learned that the secret is to hook them while they're young.

I do not honestly know the answer to this one, but can I just applaud you on being a teenager and being courageous enough to post a question like that on this website where there are so many demons at work. God Bless you kid.

I am an atheist, but my aunts and uncles insist on buying me christian stuff for christmas. One year, they got me a "Teen Bible". Look it up....I actually went through it. It translates everything in the bible to "teen language".
