sweet_thing has a good idea. If it's too harsh you can also just use a facewasher or something draped over the brush.
The other thing is, look at the shirts you are wearing and try to wear materials that can breathe, like cotton. Avoid polyester and other fabrics that will cause you to sweat more.
But never underestimate the appeal of a spotty back for women, as many love popping pimples =)

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
to get your back, take a washcloth, put one corner in one hand, fling it over your shoulder and catch the opposite corner with your other hand and move up and down over your back, soaked in vinegar or whatever else you want to try....
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
to drink, add to water and honey, or to apple juice.
you can get the vinegar at the health food store, or in some super markets.

Just buy one of those long scrubby sponges from a dollar store. Kinda like a ball sponge, but are long and have string on both side so you can pull on it with both hands to scrub your back.

you can buy a back scrub, but scrubbing alone will not help. you need a good acne treatment as well. clearpores or acnezine are both pretty good and affordable.

Go to Walmart and buy a backscrub. They don't cost that much, and you will be able to wash your back.
