Please guide me if I am not doing okay, I feel like giving up because I still look the same. :(

Since early Feb 07, I have been exercising for at least 90 minutes a day everyday (45 min evening and 45 in the morning) using my exercise cycle. But for two or three days a week I can only managed 45 minutes.

When I started out, I weighed about 11.10 stones, now I weigh 11.00 stones. Is this slow progress or am I losing weight at the right pace?

My jeans are starting to get lose, and I keep having to pull them up slightly (I just noticed that recently). But for some reason when I check my arms and thighs they still look wobbly. Still not feeling good when I look in the mirror. I just need a reassurance. ;(

Losing weight is a slow process...Fast weight losing means you have lost mainly water, which is dangerous for your health.
Fat dissolves slowly, it depends also on individual...You should proceed with your activities, but don't exaggerate, it's more important to put some balance in your nutrition process...

you should also try squats, with weights and other exercises that should firm your body up
