Actually, I can guess the meaning of the word "aménageur" (with a comer, you're right) but I have never ever seen it being used. Too bad you didn't provide a bit of context.
In my dictionary, I have found it translated by "developer-contractor", someone who is in charge of managing the contracts, the prerogatives for the effective developments of real-estate.

Aménageur is from the verb aménager which means to fit out, develop, etc., so "developer" may work.

it comes from verb amener, meaning bring forth, take smthg along, setting smthg on. ame'nageur is the foreman of a firm or workmanship.-
