I tried E.F.T. for my depression. It worked really good. I was surprised. For the first 2 days I felt awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! But then by the third day I felt like hurting myself again. I keep trying E.F.T. but it's not working like it had been before. Things that I got rid of are actually haunting me now. What am I doing wrong that I didn't do wrong before?

Like any therapy for depression, medications or talk therapy, if you don't actively change your habits of thinking and behaving from negativity to positive thinking and doing, then it is not going to have lasting effect. You probably were actively participating in the therapy then got bored with it and relapsed into your old patterns of negative thinking.
