Be cool and casual, dont seem anxious or nervous. Make sure she likes you or it could end up in a disastrously embarassing ending, and just be nice and sweet. And go up to the girl and simply ask her out, or talk to her and let her know how you feel about her.
Come on guys, talking about your feelings isnt that hard!

Let her get to know you a little bit first.
Walk up to her every day and strike up a conversation. After you have done this 4 or 5 times, ask her if she would like to go with you to..???(wherever).
She is much more likely to say yes if she knows you a little.

Say : "Hey, you're nice! Would you like to go out sometime?"
She'll say Yes or No or some variation thereof.
It could be embarrassing or a little sore, but it could be infinitely rewarding. Potential benefits FAR outweigh the risks.

Well make sure you get to know her. Dont make it obvious you want to date her, than after a couple of times chillin together you should know if she likes you or not cause she will want to do things with you. Then you ask her out. Then all should be good... Good luck

Nicely ask her out in person! She's not going to do anything to you trust me... At least that's what my friends say. I've never actually tried. LOL!
