SHould i eat every 2 hours with small portions? Cut rice intake? Exercise more?

As always, the best way to lose weight is to reduce the calories you're eating while increasing your activity. If you exercise more, you should see an improvement, which will be increased if you reduce your caloric intake. While eating out can be disastrous for your weight, there are better options at restaurants. First, stay away from anything fried--it's the fastest way to increase your calories. Try to include a variety of vegetables or fruit in every meal. As always, the more natural colors on your plate, the healthier the meal. Plenty of places offer toppings for free--stay away from the mayo and add avocado. Make sure to ask for lettuce, tomato, onions, muschrooms, peppers, etc. If you eat only when you're hungry, and take your time while eating, you will wind up eating fewer calories. And if you're really craving that chocolate cake? Have a small piece! That way you won't feel deprived, and you won't binge on chocolate later.

without knowing what you weigh, exercise, eat it is hard to say but can say a few things. Soups are very low in calories and a balanced diet most of the time. On your trips to the store do not buy the crap. Spend the majority of your time in the produce section and soups, chicken is good, tuna is great, eggs, etc. I live in the city and walk about 5 miles a day. Since I moved here I went from being 5'9" at 145 to 125. I am also hypoglycemic, so have to eat every few hours, but I never eat a full "meal" as most would think of it, I eat some veggies, half a sand. or half a can of soup, desserts I do fruit, chunky applesauce with cinnamin is great! Do the research of a balanced diet... do not think you will find Doritos or any of the crap on there. You will find you feel better too. Do not forget WATER! I keep a huge tumbler of it on my desk at all times with a straw as you tend to drink more. Green tea is also great!

What exactly is the question here? If you want to lose weight without having to cook, try SlimFast (not very nutritious, tho), or sign up for one of those diet delivery meal services (expensive), or just live on whatever you can find that's not full of oil, sugar, or breading at the Chinese restaurant you're getting your rice from. Or head to the grocery store and stock up on fresh veggies, cooked chicken, tuna, and nonfat yogurt.

Now if the question is "why am I not losing weight doing what I'm doing?"--well, who knows. The only thing for certain is that you're taking in more calories than you're burning in order to lose weight. So either cut the calories or pick up the exercise, or both.

Eat more raw fruit. Eat brown rice which is a WHOLE grain. Do not eat any stinkin white rice anymore. See last fast loss tip below for more on this.

You have to prepare for calorie intake. Eat a little when your hungry, but don't avoid common meal times. Cut down on your intake of fats, cholesterol, and sodium. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and exercise daily. You will be healthy.

take a cup of boost or bournvita in the morning,bread toast at 8.30a.m,a cup of buttermilk at 11 a.m.,a very small cup of rice ,dhal with lots of veg salad at 1.30p.m.,again a cup of tea at 4 p.m.,2pieces of roti,dhal with a cup of milk at 8 p.m.u should also exercise in the morning atleast for 1/2 an hr.u should not deviate from this routine at any cost.u can have soup at 11a.m. if it is winter.definitely ur weight willcome down.

what does cooking food have to do with it. Cut down you food intake, eat more fruits and veges and exercise...that simple
