my ex calls and tells me that im being disloyal to him because i went to see my guy friend whom i had not seen for 2 years! and then he calls and says im not loyal but were not even together! whats up with him?

why are you even talking to him if he is your ex? I think this is a common sense answer to a stupid question how can you be disloyal to someone that is your ex? you can't it doesn't matter you are free to see whom ever you like.

He's completely jealous! Just ignore him and hopefully he'll leave you alone about it and if he doesnt let him know that you two are over so he shouldnt be concerned with your personal business.

um? he is crazy! and jealous! he probaly still likes you. but hes your x for a reason and you cant just stay around forever so he knows your there. move on he isnt worth the jealous drama.
