I think he did.... he knew that what he did was wrong and he tried to give back the silver and 'undo'... and in the end could not live with himself for what he did to Jesus. I think that he repented in his way for what he did.... but of course, only God knows....
if suicide is a sin that is unforgiveable, i would like someone to show me that in scripture.... just cuz one denomination says so in their long list of made up rules of faith, doesnt make it so

Okay, what did Jesus himself say concerning Judas? At the last supper, the Lord said the one who is going to betray Me, His hand in on the table. The Lord went on to say, "...it would have been better if that man had never been born". I don't belive the Lord Himself would have said that if He already knew Judas was going to make it into heaven. Also, in Psalms I believe in 109 there is a passage about Judas and it describes his fate and it does not sound like He is going to heaven.

Dont know! God used his actions as a big part of the purpose of Jesus!! Betrayal was prophesised before Judas was born. So someone in a way 'had' to do it. We will see I guess! i dont think that he would have stuck with Jesus for three years if he didnt believe in some the things he was saying. So I am inclined to say yes but not for me to judge.

I don't know. I do believe that true believers in Christ are forgiven of past, present, and future sins. As far as if someone goes to heaven or not, we can't know that as we can't read hearts and minds. Obviously Judas was so distraught at what he had done that he committed suicide.

I'd say Judas probably has his own following in a sect somewhere!! He would have been forgiven by jesus and ascended into....... hang on ,.. there is no heaven, no hell , get a grip on reality and stop reading nonsense. Remember the bible is in the fiction section of the library not the referance section.

Well, conventional christian teachings would say no because he hung himself therefore committing suicide which is a straight ticket to hell. However, luckily, God is the only one who makes that call. I think God is much better at forgiveness than we are, just look at what he had Jesus teach us. From biblical accounts Judas felt remorse. I believe that God accepts those who ask for forgiveness. So, I think he did go to heaven.

Ask the owner of Heaven.
If the owner of Heaven decides to accept Judas into His Heaven, will you dare to utter any objection?

I thought that all those that believe in Jesus get to go to heaven
and I would think that if a guy actually KNEW Jesus that he'd believe in him
and I also thought that Jesus died for all "our" sins
which would, according to that belief, then have to include Judah
so if Judah didn't go to heaven according to Christian standards than that means that the entire foundation of christianity is a lie or illogical or based on a fallacy or all of the above

Most Christians will say, no he didn't. Especially Catholics, because suicide is a mortal sin. It is impossible to tell though. I've wondered this myself because I wondered what if Judas was so overwrought with remorse that he felt compelled to end his life so that he would cause no further damage? I don't know. My money is on that he didn't though.

I am an Atheist so no I don't. But on a philosophical level, I would like to think he did. We can never know his intent when he died. Only god would have. He did feel bad.
