Well, I'm going to the beach sooner or later, and my legs look big due to fat and muscle. I look pretty horrible in shorts, skirts, and especially swimsuits. I have about a month to get rid of fat on my calves and thighs. I'm not in need of those skinny, chicken legs, I just need to get rid of the fat on mine. Are there any excersises that will help me? I'm currently working on biking, so no need for mentioning that.
