My First choice is always Billy Blanks. I recommend you get one of his recent box sets--such as the Mission Boot Camp series or the Elite Boot Camp Series which provides three different workouts and bonuses as well as a weighted resistance band. You can get that for $30 at Target
Also Tracey Mallett is great!!! But very long winded. Her workouts are not like Billy's because in hers she starts and stops and there are cuts in the video, thats fine and all, but it makes me think that she couldnt do the full 56 minute workout.

See what you local library has before you buy.

Then you'll have a good idea of what kind of workout and what kind of instructor you'll like and you wont have spent a penny to find out.

Try Tai Bo.

Created by Billy Banks, it combines light martial arts with aerobic/cardio workouts. Its great fun.
