Since Israel rejected Jesus, they were scattered, but now a nation since 5-1948, have been coming back to Israel (one of the end times signs). Since their rejection, Jews have been partially blinded until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled which will be when the Rapture of the christians occurs. When the christians are raptured, the Tribulation on earth will begin and last 7 yrs. This Tribulation is also known as "Jacob's Trouble." If you remember, Jacob's name was changed to Israel. This Tribulation period of 7 yrs is a time for Jesus to deal mainly with the Jews. At the start of the Tribulation, the Antichrist promises Israel (the Jews) peace for 7 yrs, only to break this treaty in the middle, at 3 1/2 yrs. Then is when the Jews' blinders come off and they turn to Jesus as their Messiah and God and will be saved. Then, they will accept Jesus. Some Jews today do accept Jesus. They are Messianic Jews, but most do not. Hope this helps.

The term Israel represent people from all nations (jews and gentiles)(Revelation 14:1-5) that will rule with Jesus in heaven (revelation 5:10) is a misconception to say that all Jews will be saved, is like to said that Jesus is an animal because the bible call him "Lamb" is a figurative term, the people in the middle east are not God´s people amongs them are people that belongs to that "Spiritual Israel" the covenant finish 3 years and a half after Jesus´s death (Daniel 9:24-27) (Matthew 23:37) and Acts 10:34-36, the date of Jesus´s Death is 14 of Nisan and that date is tomorrow after 6:pm

"Israel" refers either to God's Old Testament people or to the Jews of Paul's day.
This passage concludes Paul's three-chapter struggle as to why most Jews are rejecting Jesus as Messiah. Through Gentiles coming to salvation and provoking the Jews to jealousy, Paul asserts that God's planned goal is that "all Israel will be saved."
This does not mean that every single Jewish person will confess Jesus as the Messiah, but there will be sufficient numbers so it can be said, "All Israel is saved." And we see that today, don't we? - Messianic Jewish congregations, Jews for Jesus, Chosen People Ministries, Ariel Ministries. More than any other time in Christian history, Jews are turning to Yeshua ("Jesus" in Hebrew) as their Savior.
Thus will be fulfilled the vision of Hosea 3:5: "Afterward the Israelites shall return and seek the Lord their God . . . they shall come in awe to the Lord and to his goodness in the latter days." Those latter days are upon us, friend

Paul is speaking of "spiritual" Israel. He says that many claim to be Israelites who are not. Yes, there will be an Israel of God that will be saved, but Satan has a plan to deceive, too.
Check this site out: "Will Israel Save the World" at www.revelado.org/70weeks.htm
It's very important!

God has prepared/sealed the 144,000 (Jews that converted to Christianity) and they will evangelize in Israel during the tribulation period.
edit**just so everyone knows, belief in Christ is the only way to heaven and the forgiveness of sins. Jews cannot be forgiven without Christ, just like everyone else. There are not two separate paths to salvation.

Read the chapter before and after your verse. The Jews are his chosen people. God will bless the nations that stand with Israel and curse those that don't. We must pray for peace in the middle east.

This refers to the time of the second coming of Jesus when all Israelites who see His coming in His glory and majesty on the Mount of Olives and recognised Him as their Messiah at that time will be saved. This is the remnant referred to in Romans 9:27 who will be saved. This remnant is the all.

"All Israel" no longer refers to a nation bounded by earthly borders, but the holy nation St. Peter speaks of as the Church.
Jews need to accept Jesus to obtain salvation, just like everybody else.

That is explained in the Prophets.
"And I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and supplication, so that they will look upon ME whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him, like the bitter weeping over a first-born." (Zechariah 12:10)
Nevertheless, only a remnant will be saved -
