i have the same problem, my mom says that mine is equal to my dad who was weight lifter. you can guess now
well i seen that when ever i play bedminton and tennis my arm get more fat.
so when i was swimming it was good much better
and when i was do aerobics or belly dance my skin get lose type.
and i have tried my own exercise it was better
i lie on the bed straight and rotate my arms in circle. arms position should be straight and up wards and fully strecth
and then stand up straight and rotate your shoulder
and then twist your shoulder plus arms.
and do not pick any weights and dont use heavy type of exercise. it will make worst arms.
and as you have thick arms you must have big shoulder too . and then swimming and the excerise i told

All diets boil down to eating less calories than you burn. 1250-1500 calories are usually appropriate for a woman to lose weight. Never eat less than this because your body will go into starvation mode and you will retain fat and even put the weight on.
Exercise reguarly and find things you enjoy and vary the exercise so you don't get bored of it.
If you have a tendency to eat too much of one food, don't keep it in the house. Just allow yourself to have a little of it e.g. have the burger but skip the fries and the sugary drink or just have a child size chocolate bar as opposed to a large chocolate bar.
And just try and get as much nutrition as possible with fruit and vegetables.
But if your not overweight the chances are there is nothing wrong with your appearance. Bullies pick up on things that aren't even there - I know so many pretty girls who are told they are ugly and fat out of jealousy or spite etc and you can't blame yourself.
Just say something along the lines of "yeah, your right. I look like a man and I bet I have twice the d*** you have, whats wrong, can't you handle bullying a man? Say that to me again and I'll land you in s*** (older brother, teacher, parents etc)" in an assertive manner with self-belief.
If its any consellation, things usually get better once you've left school.

Some people store fat in their tummy, some on their hips, some only the upper body. Seems like you store excess fat in your arms. It really does not matter where it is stored, the fact is you eat more than you burn up and so excess fat is what you get.
Here is a good way to loose any excess fat. I have come up with this plan that works for my family and I.
Figure out what your biggest "downfall" is. By this I mean: what time during the day or night do you feel is your "downfall". When do you eat excessively, (just before bed time, from dinner time until bed time, or maybe it is happy hour after work). Just figure out your "downfall time" and work on that. Continue to eat what you normally eat the rest of the day, just attack the "downfall time". This way you won't feel like you are on a diet but rather on a mission. The mission being; attacking the "downfall time" every day. After a couple of months you will see a big difference, Honest. I call it the "Downfall Mission" for loosing weight, by Mike Moore

The effective way is to take the alkaline diet.
Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. First of all, heredity plays a big part in body proportion. You're not overweight so I'm guessing maybe you could tone your arms and stomach. Improving your posture can help your appearance as well. As for getting picked on, c'mon...you're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay above that! :) It sounds like those guys have nothing else to fill up their heads with other than looking at everybody's arms! Do your best for yourself and don't let them get to ya!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

your problem is to serious at the age of 13 you are 120 pounds?it is hard to lose weight but you must understand that gaining weight is not easy.You must discipline your eating habit and check the calories of your food.Exercise daily but don't force yourself to do some difficult exercises.Go to gym and ask for assistance that fits to you.
