Usually ear mites doesn't cause the ear to sag. I'm suspecting a hematoma, that is where the cat has shook her head, broken blood vessels in her ear and it has began to fill up with blood ( the actual outside ear). That required surgery and you need to find out why she has been shaking her head, ear infection? Of course the answer to this whole question is for you to take the cat to the vets, we can't see her.♥♥♥

Could be ear mites. You can get ear mite medication to use on the tip of your finger wipe to clean out the cats ear. I'm sure your cat will be fine.

Check for ear mites by taking a Q-tip and cleaning your cats ears if it comes out very dark most likely it is earmites.(Your cat will itch it's ears a lot). Your vet will have medication for earmites, use it frequently and continue to clean with q-tips. If you have multiple cats they do spread so check them too. Your cat will be fine it is just annoying to them.

Is it always sagging? It is probably ear mites, a very bad case if it is always sagging.
He needs to go see a vet. If he is infested with ear mites, they will do permanent damage and it may have to be operated on.
This happened to my sisters' cat.

sounds like ear mites, you'll need to get a cotton ball and some earmite cleaner from your vet or pet supply.
