If you're talking to a girl: Hathihi hadeeyyatun saghiratun laki.
If you're talking to a boy:Hathihi hadeeyyatun saghiratun lak.
This is in the very formal Arabic, with the 'punctuation' and everything.
'Hathihi' is indicating something, in this case something that is 'feminine'.
Hadeeyyatun means present, and it is a 'feminine' word.
Saghiratun means 'little', and it is used when talking about something that is feminine. (if we were talking about a masculine word, we would say: saghirun)
lak/laki: Addressing the person. Lak for male, laki for female.
Words in Arabic are feminine or masculine, as in French.
