No, I'm Disabled. Nothing especially concerning Religion. You see, Scripture says Christ was in the grave 3 days & 3 nights which means that He HAD to be placed in the tomb on Thursday, NOT Friday! The Math of it can only work out if He was Buried on Thursday. John

Sure.
Good Friday doesn't mean a lot to me.
Jesus Died on a Thursday and he didn't die on a FLOATING day but a fixed day.
My "sabbath" comes on my valid day off and I keep it holy and do as little work as I can.
Jesus once asked the head Pharasee at dinner, if your horse or camel or cow fell into a well, would you let it sit there if it were the Sabbath or would you go and pull it out (do work).
Jesus asked, when a sick man came to the door, is it WRONG to heal on the SABBATH.
The Pharasee couldn't answer.
Should a DOCTOR let people DIE on GOOD FRIDAY
It's it's your mother or father or son or daughter should a doctor say
Hey, it's Good Friday, CALL ME TOMORROW.
So, whould ALL hopsitals and stores close on that day
Should that be a day when 911 doesn't answer.
If your house is on Fire should the FireDepartment say "we're closed, call us tomorrow!"

I work in the restaurant business and we're open almost every day of the year. So I will be working that day.
Good Friday is a special day in my religion as it's the day that Jesus went to death and paid for my sins as well as the sins of all the world. I know that not everyone believes in this, but to me it's really sad that a lot of people could care less about the fact that the price was already paid for their sins. I wonder how much this saddens God that people still refuse his free admission.

Yes, as a matter of fact I will be working that day. I do not put any day above the other, every day is a good one for me - I serve God 24/7, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month and 12 months a year.

I will be working. But I work in an 'essential service', so we're always operating.
Good Friday and Easter are, however, very sacred and spritually important days to me. I will observe them dspite having to go to work.
If I worked for a non-essenial service in the private sector, I would simply refuse to work those days.
