Yes we are all human, but we are not all brothers and sisters.
Brothers and sisters have the same parents.
If your father is God and your brother is Jesus Christ, then you are my sister and brother.
33And He replied, Who are My mother and My brothers?
34And looking around on those who sat in a circle about Him, He said, See! Here are My mother and My brothers;
35For whoever does the things God wills is My brother and sister and mother!
Mark 3:33-36

I hardly know you! I don't believe that we are descendants of Adam and Eve, but I know that we are indeed one large family, including all other organisms. However, there is distance involved.
It's pretty easy to love someone when you get to know them and appreciate them, but it's literally impossible to love everyone in the world, considering how hard it is to meet everyone as well as telling yourself that everyone you meet is a good person.
Hating is much easier. People prefer to hate their enemies than to love their friends, and we tend to overgeneralize and stereotype..
Hospitality is different from love. You can be hospitable to someone without loving them. Ever been to Bob Evans?

Actually, we are all descendants of one man who lived in Africa about 100,000 years ago. So you are right that we are all one family. But your religion ("Adam and Eve") separates you from other humans, and that fuels more hate than love.

The story of Adam and Eve is not a proven fact. In fact, it's quite ridiculous. Your very naive questions is evidence of ignorance of the real world.

Sin came into the world and corrupted it. We can only hope to live our lives in a good manner and love others, but through ignorance and temptation, many of us fall.

No, only Y-chromosome Adam and Mitochondrial Eve, and it seems to me that a lot of hate is due to religious intolerance. But I agree - not with your background info, but with your implicit desire - we absolutely need more love. Maybe we need to reduce/eliminate divisive religious differences(?)

Like Cain and Abel generation after generation humans continually fight over who God loves more.

Why do you?
From some of your questions and answers, you sound like you hate foreigners.
If you want others to change, then you'll have to start first.
