There are failures that are very obvious that I accept head on.
However, there are some failures which are not obvious and those are quite difficult for me to accept. I feel that those are not failures yet but only requiring more time to turn around to success.
If my project is a failure I sometimes think that it's because of things beyond my control.

I generally don't accept failure. If I don't succeed the first time, I just figure out what I did wrong and start over.

Failure is part of growth. The only thing wrong with failure, is not learning from it or doing anything about it!

Failure is when you don't get what you expect. Every emotion we experience are necessity in life either we labeled it positive or negative (like failure). The truth is everything is neutral, we humans are just the one who react either positively or negatively in every situation that this life is giving us through experience.
The real failure in life is the one who never try.
Better try and fail than never try at all.

On a wonderful TV show Andromeda, Dylan Hunt the captain of a glorious starship says:
"Theres no such thing as failure, the job's just not finished and done yet."
episode 218 - "the fair unknown"
Simply put, you can't fail, if you don't quit.

Square on the chin most often lol.
Like most of the answers here, I look at it from every angle and figure out what I did wrong, what I had absolutely no part in playing, and what I should have done. Then I try to remember that lesson so it doesn't have to be repeated lol
(I figured out a long time ago that God doesn't repeat lessons once they've been learned) ... lol :)

Look at it from this point: Everything happens for a reason and with every disappointment comes an appointment from God. You may be disappointed that you failed at something but through your failure praise God because he made you fail at that paticular thing to make you succeed in something greater.

I can accept it because it is a natural part of human existence. Thankfully, though, God accepts our failures too and forgives them.

The worst failure isn't when you don't succeed, it's when you don't try. People accept that because they are lazy.
