You know I've read all the answers here and each one has some truth to it you will die out quicker than you think its hard to run with no energy. But if you're doing this your body will get use to it and from my experience i lost about 1.5 kg a day.
Some tips:
Don't starve yourself completely try to drink thing that have calories like vitamin water juice etc. You can also have so dark chocolate (about like 10g)
The bad side of this is that if you don't stop after 5 days you will become anorexic but when do stop don't go and have a great meal because it will come all right back try to have one small meal a day preferably some meat so you have protein and continue to exercise

Honestly probably not too much if any at all. Since your body isn't getting anything it's going to hold on to the fat there. Even eating a bowl of fruit or veggies will get your metabolism going so then when you exercise you would start seeing some results.
I started dieting and exercising and I honestly eat more now then I did before. I just eat healthier things.
Not trying to lecture, but you should really look into how starving yourself doesn't actually help you lose weight. It stops the process.

if u are going to do it any way drink lots of fluid because your going to learn what fire water out of your butt feels like on day 3...I've been there. make sure you take vitamins and DO NOT GO more than 5 days or your body will induce a coma.
if your thin you will lose about 12 lbs but 4 or 5 will be muscle from starvation. about 1 dress size.
If your heavy you'll lose water weight first about 10 lbs but fat people (like me) wont lose actually size.just water weight the body starts fighting back and wont allow you to lose it that way
and on day 3 you will no longer be able to run not enough energy.try cabbage diet .boiled cabbage and water for a week a bit more healthy. good luck

It depends on how much extra weight you are starting with. If someone who is in extremely good shape and almost no body fat does this they might not even lose 5 pounds because there is nothing to lose. An obese person might lose 10-20 pounds or more. Wrestlers (not the fake 'pro' ones) and fighters will sometimes lose 10 pounds in one day by sitting in the sauna and running with plastics on and they get rid of the water weight.

If you use an average of 2000 calories per day you would have used 10000 calories that you are not replacing with meals. At 3500 calories per pound of fat you would lose 3 pounds.
However I bet that at the end of those five days you would be either dead or heading for a real food binge. If you instead just cut back on your meals every day it would take you about 6 days to lose 3 pounds. Now that rate you could keep up easily.

When you say no lecture that means you do not respect the answerers. I will tell you the answer however. No one can say since each metabolism is different and it would depend on your fat index, your age, weight and height to begin with.
See I didnt lecture you!!! I respect you . Have you ever heard this though'" When the marching soldiers are all together marching and only one person is out of step, the mother says, How come everyone is out of step except my son?"
Can you apply that to the answers you read here and yourself?

A couple. Maybe three or four, and you'll put them back on the minute you drink a glass of water. So dont bother. Do your organs a favor.
Quit doing stuff that isnt healthy if you want to lose weight. It will make it harder to lose weight in the healthy ways down the road.

There is no way to know if you will even lose weight as your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight. You also risk dying from electrolyte imbalance. Not sure if you are ready to die yet or not but something you need to consider since this is a real possibility.

No lecture? Well, then you shouldn't post something so ridiculous and then say you don't want to hear the truth.
The funny thing is that you think you could not eat and still run a mile everyday. Riiiight. You wouldn't be able to get out of bed by day 3.
