•the “elect” = Ephesians 1:4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, (See also Romans 8:29 & Romans chapter 9)
•“members” = 1 Corinthians 12:12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body--Jews or Greeks, slaves or free--and all were made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body does not consist of one member but of many.
•“believers” = people who have believed the gospel account
•“disciples” = people who are following Jesus who are being trained by Him to become more like Him.
Matthew 10:24 "A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. 25 It is enough for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign those of his household.
•“Christians” = literally "little Christs" this term was first used in Antioch and may have been a term of derision (Acts 11:26)
•“brethren” = brothers and sisters, the family of Jesus (Matthew 12: 48-50)
•the “body of Christ” = Ephesians 5:23

members is pretty self explanatory, as is believers
disciples are those who follow Christ with discipline
Christians are Christians
Brethren are like-minded members of the Christian community
and the body of Christ refers to all Christians as a whole because they represent the faith and have the Holy Spirit in them
