Dampen a towel with warm water and help her out. You could massage the side of her tummy and help her push out the with after birth, use the warm damp towel to help her clean up her kittens and her.Is she a first time Mom? She may not know what to do.I'd be careful about cutting the cord thou. Maybe after she has regained some of her strength she take care of that. They know intuitively where to bite the cord.

Yes you can cut the cord. Be very careful and dont cut it to short or cut the baby, it is best to get a wash cloth to hold the baby in while you do this it will soak up the liquid and you will be able to hold the kitten better, then after you do that clean the face off and rub the baby very good easy but kinda fast that way you help it to breath then offer it to the mom and see if she will lick it, if so then she will take over

you will need to get a small towel unless you cat total trustes you. you will need to break the bags and yes you can cut the cords but becareful not to cut to short. i have 3 females and they have had a few litters and i have had to do that a few times. you might have to wrap the kittens up in a towel and rub their little faces and belly and chest area if they are not breathing. you do not want to offer her food or water until after she is done delievering. best thing to do is call vets to get their opinion thats what i did the first time she quit.

Yup, if she won't, you HAVE to.

Sounds like she is getting tired, is she acting worn out?
You giving her water to drink, and offering her something to eat?
