I have a teeny, tiny splnter in the bottom of my foot. It's also super thin, whatever it is, it's even thinner than a strand of hair. And only about 1/16 of an inch long.

The pain is so bad I couldn't even drive earlier because it's right where my foot presses the gas pedal.

I tried tweezers and a needle but it's just too deep. Does anyone have any suggestions/home remedies they can share? Thanks!

If your splinter is that tiny, the best and safest thing you can do is to leave it alone. In a few days it will "fester" and work its way out to the surface.

I always have my kids soak in the tub for a while before I try removing splinters. Try it., maybe it will loosen it up enough to pull it out.

Maybe try putting a small piece of duct tape on it. Leave it on for a few minutes so it sticks really well and see when you remove it, see if it comes out with it.

Good luck!

try soaking the area with peroxide to get it out. We cosmetologists do that to get very small hair splinters out from under our fingernails
