Im having problem when i installed windows XP SP2 on a new celeron PC.?

It keeps shutting down & restarting when I'm using any other application, (and it tells "Microsoft windows error"). I've reinstalled again & same problem occurred. what will I do? The worst is, the file recovery doesn't work, so i can't save what i have encoded in any office application.

You may need to get the new PC checked. Bad ram does this as will a bad harddrive, bad cable, bad power supply etc. If it is just ONE application that application may be the culprit.
