Is my Evenflo Tribute 5 convertible car seat FAA approved? I can't get a hold of the company and the website is no help. Also the FAA site and airline site is no help. I'm flying on Good Friday so I need helpful answers soon.

There should be information on the sticker on the side of the carseat that tells you. Mine is in red print and reads "This car seat is approved for use in all passenger vehicles and aircraft"

I have an Evenflo Titan convertible car seat, and the instructions say it meets FAA Inversion requirements for airplane use, but it also says to check with the airline to make sure this restraint meets their requirements. I can't imagine one Evenflo model would be FAA approved and another wouldn't be. Safe travel!

You're going to have to call the airline. Most airlines have departments or certain people that can tell you everything you need to know.
