will this go away??? is this supposed to happen... and will i be normal again in a few days... i just need to know the stats on this... being constipated sucks!

celexa made me constipated too, I ened up quitting it (more because it made me very hostile though). Talking to your doctor is the best thing to do about it. And in the mean time this might help http://www.ehow.com/how_5904_help-child-constipated.html

Many psychotropic medications have the side effect of constipation. Look up your medication on www.webmd.com or simply just call the pharmacy where you got it and ask. Also, you should have been give an information sheet when you purchased the medication.
Increase the fiber in your diet and drink lots of water. Call the pharmacist and ask if there is a problem, contra-indication, with your taking some Milk of Magnesia to get the bowels working.
