you will need to visit your town hall for a marriage liscense and get married same way anyone does. once you are married he will have to go to a base and enroll you in DEERS and get you an ID. chances are his orders are already drawn up for washington and he cant get them amended until after the marriage....so more than likely you will have to stay in mass and wait for him to get the paperwork done...or go with him let him live in the barracks and you pay out of pocket to live off base until its done ( or stay in a motel for a few days) ....depending on the availability of housing you will either have an on base house or he will be approved for dependent rate BAH within a few days. until he gets your paperwork done with the military though they will NOT pay to move you to washington even if your married, until they have you in the system and you have a valid ID you are not recognized as his wife. so hopefully you have a base nearby that he can at least get that for you in Mass so that arrangements can be made

You could marry by proxy or you can get a chapplin to marry you. Once you are married he will naturaly want you to live with him in Washington.

Talk to the folks at your town/city hall, you'll need a license to go with your love.

It would be easier if you were a man too in that state, go too the closest other state
