Don't mean to put it harshly, but...if you don't believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that he rose from the dead, then there is nothing to look forward to but Hell.

Some things are just wrong.

The Aztecs believed that ritual human sacrifice was required every day to ensure that the sun would rise the next morning.

Is that belief something that the rest of the world should just accept, or should we all wake up and realize the sheer stupidity of it?

Many other religious beliefs practiced today are just as dangerous to society and should be confronted for the same reasons.

All beleifs can't be true at the same time. This is something that amazes me. How can one claim that all paths lead to one place? Look at all the differences - the extreme differences. How can one group be right in claiming that there is one God - and another be right when they claim there is over a million gods?

Sincerity of belief doesn't mean that what you believe is true. You can sincerely believe that gravity doesn't exist - this doesn't negate gravity.

There is truth in this world. Not all beliefs lead to truth. That's why it matters.

Why does it matter if you believe in something or in nothing at all? That would have been a better question. Anway what should matter more then anything is that you live a good life regardless of whether or not you believe in something or in nothing at all.

This the Word of God, Jesus told you in John 3:14-21 and Matthew 23 that all that matters is that you believe in God the Father, who art in heaven.

Thats right and as long as you take the time to believe in yourself : )

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.
Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.
Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.
Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.
Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.
Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true
