1 slice of bread with butter + 1 cookie + 1 salad + 1 steak (or chicken or fish) + bread +1 side dish ( potato, vegetables, pasta or rice) + 1 fruit + 1 snack (cookie) + 1 soup + 1 fruit

I counted. I eat 10 to 12 items per day and I drink 2 small glasses of milk + coffee + one soda + water

And Ice cream sometimes in the evening

Depends on how rush the schedule I have in that day. I'm pretty relax on Sunday and I eat lesser in that day too.

Mon - Fri

Breakfast - water + crackers or milk + cereal
or I skip it because I'm late

Lunch - mostly I have noodles or steamed rice with meat and vegetables, sometimes I'll have sandwiches. If I have lunch with clients, then the varieties are wide-ranged ... French, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese.....

Afternoon snaks - crackers with some cheese spread or peanut butter + a cup of hot Ovaltin or just warm water

Dinner - if I'm lucky that I don't have to work till too late, I would have dinner with my parents or I would have just something simple like boiled vegetables with a bowl of noodles or egg fried rice. Again, if I should have dinner with clients or friends, then the choices would be really great ones. Just any kind of cuisines here in Hong Kong that we can try, especially the seafood is very good.

Sat

Breakfast is just the same as Mon to Fri, I need work half day then have a simple lunch (a hamburger or sandwiches or noodles) and go to the Supermarket to buy some ingredients for Sat. dinner or Sunday dinner.

Sunday

I'll sleep till 11:00 a.m. then may be go for a Sunday Brunch Buffet in any 5 stars hotel with my buddies or just have anything I that wanna cook for lunch (for example -organic brown rice with pan fried salmon + boiled broccoli, or mix herbs - basil, parsley, garlic, mint and pinenuts stir fried spaghetti sprinkle with some grated parmasen cheese ). My dad or I have to cook because our Filipina maid is on leave on every Sunday and my mom hates cooking.
Sometimes my dad cooks and I just eat whatever he places on the table. Dinner is the same as Lunch, my dad cooks, if he's out of town, I cook. If my parents are out of time, I might skip dinner because of being lazy to cook anything for just myself.
