Cardio and ab-specific workouts do the trick.

Make sure you are burning fat - meaning your heart rate has to get quite high for a solid period of time).

Why just girls?

Anyways...Alot of cardio (30 mins 6 days a week will do) and a lower caloric intake (1000-1500) should do the trick.

hey i've been doing billy blanks tae bo work out for 3 weeks now &i actually see a 2 pack in my tummy. im considered small but i always had flabs. so try it out!
