Everyone's face is different..but what has worked best for me beleive it or not is baking soda. I have really oily skin and I would have huge gross zits everywhere on my face. Put some baking soda on a damp washcloth and scrub in light circles on your face. I do it in the shower after my face is really wet. It really rubs off all the dead skin and it isn't overly harsh like some chemicals they put in creams and washes. Give it a couple weeks and you'll be suprised at how clean your face is. Good luck!
P.S. Don't use foundations...just use some concealer on problem spots while your face is clearing up. Foundation makes acne way worse.

To tell you the truth i have used proavtive and it did not work at all the walmart brand face wash worked good but now i am using Perscriptive's facewash and it works great it clears my face up in 1-2 days and it is only $20. Good Luck with what you go with. Plus your skin will change as you get older.

I would say the cheapest effective acne treatment is clearskin. If you acne's really bad, you might want to see a doctor. There are perscription medications and even antibiodics that will stop the acne from coming.

Pro Active works great. When you apply the third step wait for it to dry completely before you go to bed or it will bleach your pillow case.
