Do men flirt differently than "boys"??

Question

Meaning that a boy who is under the age of 20 and still in High School compared to a more mature man that is over the age of 25.
I am a 27 yr old gal and i am just curious if flirting ways change with age...i myself have never been good at it. Also not good at picking up if someone is flirting with me. Sounds silly i know but i've always been shy around guys. Lately i am thinking that this guy i work with is flirting. He is 28. I can't tell if he is just being nice or if it's more.

SO what would be some signs a man is flirting with you??

A mature man over the age of 25? Are there any?

Closing in on 60, I'd debate that cutoff point. I'd say, "older than 35."

But, what I can tell you is that my flirting patterns (flirting being a positive thing which I define to be "gaining the attention of a woman") did change from trying to impress a woman to simply letting her impress me.

Making a woman laugh is the world's best aphrodisiac, and if you can make a woman feel like she is the most desireable woman in the world, you need do nothing else.

Guys, there you have the secrets to success with the opposite sex. Use it.

Young men flirts and older men are more real based on experience and are yet nice. A man is considerd flirting when his body language signals off the signs.

i guess the older ones wouldn't be all so up front about it. Like "YO BABY YOUR HOT!" or something. =P Bad imitation, but you know what i mean.

I would think that mature ones would just be really friendly and smile alot. Oh gosh theres nothing more attractive than a nice smile on a guy.

i dont flirt --- i just engage in conversation and im WAY older than 25 --- and ive never flirted to my recollection -- best wishes
