Try rubbing on lotion on your legs every night before you go to sleep..... like... NIVEA SKIN FIRMING MOISTURIZER Q10 PLUS....IT WILL NOT ONLY HELP REMOVE ANY MARKS, LIKE RAZOR CUTS, BAD SKIN COMPLEX, AND GIVE YOUR LEGS A FIRMER LOOK...BUT WHEN YOU PUT ON MOISTURIZER ON YOUR SKIN ALL THE TIME...THE HAIR ON YOUR LEGS WILL BE SMOOTHER 2...2 THE POINT WERE YOU WON'T EVEN BE ABLE TO FEEL THEM ANY MORE....AND SEE THEM ANY MORE....YOUR LEGS WILL ALWAYS LOOK SHAVE AND FEEL SHAVE...EVEN WHEN YOU HAVEN'T SHAVE THEM FOR A WEEK....LOL

I have the same problem .. and I find that this helps me.
1. Shave your legs with a body wash. I use vanilla sugar body gel from bath and body. Any body wash is good though.
2. When you shave your legs use WARM water.
3. After you are done shaving .. finish your shower. Before you get out run your legs under COLD water. It helps to shrink the pore size.
4. After you dry off use a really good moisturizer on your legs.
---- I found that this helps my legs to look a little better, and actually looked like I shaved! LOL
Hope that Helped!

Number one thing is to exfoliat. This will remove all the dead skin. And with the hair, i would suggest to buy a better razer and for waxing go to a professional. If you follow this it will reveal celebrity smooth legs!!!

Always moisturise your legs after a bath or shower and after shaving...I use ' palmers coco butter' its cheap and works awsom. from dry skin to streach marks.
And exfoliate with a loofa in the shower to get rid of dead skin and bring out the new smooth skin underneath.
