im considering nutrisystem, because i need to drop a few "winter pounds" for bikini season. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it & had quick results.Im going to get back in my normal workout routine, but I suck @ making healthy food choices. I would rather eat a cheeseburger & nothing else all day than 3 healthy meals.

Also, is the food frozen or dried or what? & is it crappy?

kthanks ♥

Some of it is dried - you add hot water, and some are meals that you can keep in the cupboard and heat in the microwave. I personally thought most of it wasn't very good...definitely not as delicious as they say it is in the commercials.

I currently use the program, and the food is not SUPER, but it's diet food, and if you are looking to lose a few pounds this will work. I lost 12lbs the first month with no exercise! You just have to get over the fact that some of the food is not going to taste like in and out!!! =) I would suggest this to any one.... If you want to ask more nutrisystem people about it, try going to the NS website and clicking on the "community" link. Then click "chat", there are rooms filled with people that are on the program that can answer any questions you may have! Hope this helped you!!!

To use your words, yes most of the food is crappy and expensive.

If you love cheeseburgers, you will be greatly disappointed in the burgers. They are freeze dried and you have to re-hydrate them with hot water.

The muffins were so bad that my dogs would not even eat them

The pudding is gritty and most of the stuff smells awful.

However, since I have told you about the bad I feel compelled to tell you about the OK item...the breakfast cereal was OK (although just re-packaged Cheerios and Shredded Wheat), and the soy preztels, especially the Honey Mustard were good.

The customer service was dismal. I had to sit on hold for 40 minutes to cancel my subscription.

The "free" week was food they selected. They will exchange it but getting through to customer service is a hassle.

If you are interested in trying the product without purchasing a subscription to Nutrisystem, hit eBay and search for nutrisystem lot. Select a seller with 100% feedback. There are several folks on eBay trying to unload the stuff.
