I swim a mile or so and bike about 25 - but I'm a triathlete lol! Seirously though, in a run-only situation, I don't do anything special. Jog, stretch, chill, rock out to some music. Depending on the race distance I'll eat or drink. During workouts I just stretch and rock out to get myself going.

I like to brush my teeth and blow my nose before I run. That way both of my breathing passageways are clean and ready to go!

i warm up, work on abs, jumping jacks, pushups and stretch. i also do deep breathing to relax

I put on my shoes (duh!), and usually stretch a bit...but sometimes I don't even bother stretching (yes, I know I should...but I don't always.)
