There are so many people to choose from for a mate; let your cousin be part of your family and find someone else to marry. Your cousin's daughter is still your cousin...a cousin once removed or a second cousin while the parent is your first cousin.

She is your second cousin and second cousins can not marry legally. There would be a higher chance of a recessive gene disorder than in the general population if they were to have kids.IE chromosomal disorders. One will have the same lineage on one side of the family. The family has the same grandparents/great grandparents.
