has anyone out here ever heard of first bank of delaware?

im just wondering if they offer a credit card?

They do offer credit cards, like Imagine, but they are extremely sub prime.
Their cards come loaded with high nonrefundable fees

You would be better off letting that money work for you by getting a secured card if you don't qualify for an unsecured.
At least your money will still be there.

You might check with Bank of America, Orchard or HSBC
