If they can stoop so low to have me as their boyfriend then i'm not sure that I want them? my attitude stinks but it doesn't seem to put them off...what's going on?

Your self esteem is SO Low, you could walk under a Snake on the ground with a Top Hat on.....
Look in the Mirror and say : I love you. 'Cos your a wonderful guy" over and over.
After a while you will start to feel good. Try it.

Well congratulations on recognizing that you're a schmuck. And I say that with kindness. At least you see what you're doing and you're not proud of it. What's going on is you're growing up. That's kind of scary.
What you need to do now is seek out the kind of girl who won't sleep with you. That will be the girl who has enough self respect to set boundaries for herself. The girls who are not put off by your attitude need the attention of a stud like you and it makes them feel good about themselves when you pay attention to them. They haven't yet realized that they are worth more than that.
It sounds like you don't think very highly of yourself either. Perhaps what's going on is you're starting to see that you're worth more than what you've been putting out. You're at a point where you have to decide which way to go. It sounds like you may be headed in the right direction. Just keep moving forward.

Sounds like you need to work on your self-image.
For example, say you think you dress terrible, have too many tattoos/earrings whatever. Then, try to update your image (how about a nice suit, new haircut, etc?).
If you don't think you are worth dating, it's got to be a self-image/ self-worth thing. Make the change and you'll probably start attracting the women you would want to date.

Your I-am-so-unworthy attitude is a turn off to most women.

ever heard of 'every woman loves a b*st**d'? You probably come accross as being a 'challenge' most women think they can change the man they are with whether its dress sense or whole personality.
Why don't you do the chasing for a while, try someone who doesnt seem impressed by you.

How is it that you have "gone off" it sounds like they have "gone off" their standards and settled for you. I guess maybe they were lonely or desperate and you were easy access. As long as you allow them to sleep with you, they will.
